The centre button shows a little Mad Hatter from Alice In Wonderland, with “All” and “Mad” either side. 
The three fabric buttons are each set in a bronze tone, lace edge tray, on a bronze chain. Each button tray measures approx 33mm across. You can choose a silver tone chain and trays if you prefer, from the drop down menu. 
The necklace has a lobster clasp fastening with extender chain so you can adjust the length.
It will come in a gift box with sliding tray.
