The three fabric buttons are each set in a bronze tone, lace edge tray, on a bronze chain. The middle button tray measures approx 33mm across and the side trays around 28mm. You can choose a silver tone chain and trays if you prefer, from the drop down menu. 
The necklace has a lobster clasp fastening with extender chain so you can adjust the length.
